我們的核心承諾：您的照片與影像絕不離開您的裝置

ColorMatch AI 不會儲存、不會上傳、也不會以任何形式取得您的相機畫面或照片。本網站是純前端網頁應用程式，沒有任何接收影像的後端伺服器：

• 相機畫面：透過瀏覽器標準的 getUserMedia API 即時顯示在您的螢幕上，影像串流只存在於您裝置的記憶體中，從未經過網路傳輸。
• 上傳的照片：「上傳照片」功能實際上是「在本地開啟照片」——檔案由瀏覽器直接讀取並顯示，不會傳送到任何伺服器。
• 關閉或重新整理頁面後，畫面與照片即從記憶體中消失，不留任何副本。

您可以隨時在瀏覽器設定中收回相機權限；不授權相機也能使用照片模式或純色卡比對完成檢測。

檢測結果如何處理

您在檢測過程中的每一輪選擇與最終的季型結果，僅在您當前的瀏覽器分頁內計算與顯示，不會與您的身分連結，也不會上傳保存。重新整理頁面後即重置。

我們實際收集的資訊

1. 匿名流量統計（Google Analytics 4）

本站使用 Google Analytics 4 了解網站整體使用狀況，例如頁面瀏覽量、大致地區、裝置類型，以及匿名的檢測漏斗事件（開始檢測、完成檢測與所得季型類別）。這些統計資料經彙總處理，無法識別您個人，我們也從未取得您的姓名、電子郵件或影像。GA4 會使用 Cookie 運作，詳見 Google 隱私權政策；您可安裝 GA 停用外掛 拒絕統計。

2. 語言偏好（localStorage）

內容頁的語言選擇（繁中/EN）會存在您瀏覽器的 localStorage 中，僅用於下次造訪時記住語言，隨時可透過清除瀏覽器資料移除。

3. 廣告（Google AdSense）

Our Core Promise: Your Photos and Video Never Leave Your Device

ColorMatch AI does not store, upload, or in any way receive your camera feed or photos. This site is a pure front-end web application — there is no backend server capable of receiving images:

• Camera feed: displayed in real time via the browser's standard getUserMedia API. The video stream exists only in your device's memory and never travels over the network.
• Uploaded photos: the "upload photo" feature actually just opens the photo locally — the file is read and displayed directly by your browser and is never sent to any server.
• When you close or refresh the page, the feed and photo vanish from memory. No copy is kept anywhere.

You can revoke camera permission in your browser at any time; the test also works without a camera, using photo mode or plain swatch comparison.

How Your Test Results Are Handled

Your round-by-round choices and your final season result are computed and displayed entirely within your current browser tab. They are not linked to your identity, not uploaded, and not saved — refreshing the page resets everything.

What We Actually Collect

1. Anonymous Traffic Statistics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand overall site usage: page views, approximate region, device type, and anonymous test-funnel events (test started, test completed, and the resulting season category). These statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you personally; we never receive your name, email, or images. GA4 relies on cookies — see the Google Privacy Policy, or install the GA opt-out add-on to decline measurement.

2. Language Preference (localStorage)

Your language choice on content pages (繁中/EN) is kept in your browser's localStorage solely to remember it on your next visit. You can remove it anytime by clearing browser data.

3. Advertising (Google AdSense)

Ad placements on this site are served (or planned to be served) by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to show ads based on your interests. Manage personalized ads at Google Ads Settings, or visit aboutads.info to learn about opting out.

Third-Party Services

Children's privacy: this is a general-audience color analysis tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy updates: changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes (such as new data collection) will be highlighted on the homepage.
